Mr. Md Kamrul Alam joined in the civil service in 2001 in the Audit and Accounts Cadre. He has more than twenty-three years of work experience in the fields of government audit and accounts. He joined as the Director General in the Education Audit Directorate on 4th March, 2024. Mr Alam did his Honours and Masters degree in Accounting from University of Dhaka. He also obtained Masters degree in Economics and Finance for Development from the University of Bradford , UK.
